To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: Appointments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final balance on the day of your service. • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations • 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows (failing to show up without notice) will result in the full deposit being forfeited and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment once with your deposit applied, provided you give at least 48 hours notice. • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
